Westville Village Apartments

The staff is amazing and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The apartments are nice and extremely spacious and I know they are doing updates.Location is great and very walk-able to convenient stores and places to eat in the Westville Downtown area. I moved up from GA so I was super wary of the New Haven area, but felt very safe my entire stay. I only saw my neighbors every now and then and never heard them. Westville felt like home away from home and I would definitely move back if I could!

Having lived in Westville Village for over a year, I could not possibly be happier with where I live. The management and staff, particularly Rick (the property manager) are courteous and an absolute joy to deal with, and the living arrangement themselves are very nice. The buildings and grounds are kept very clean and orderly, and any issues I've had, no matter how small, have always been dealt with swiftly and courteously by the maintenance team. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable. Having viewed a wide range of apartments before moving here, I can comfortably say that Westville Village has provided everything I hoped for and more, and that I truly could not be happier with the arrangement. I'd highly advise anyone seeking an apartment in the New Haven area give Westville Village serious consideration.

This is a great apartment complex. I have found the management to be very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Rick, Laura, Ebony, and Anne take the time to get to know their residents and are always staying later than the usual business hours to help with packages, lease questions, etc. The units are also very nice and well priced given the spaciousness and comforts/features/appliances that they come with.

This apartment is very nice. While you can hear the street outside, some sound dampening curtains will fix that. The management cares about making your life pretty secure and hassle free. Everything that I have mentioned to them has been handled quickly and professionally. The property manager cares about making this a great place to live and you can see strides in the right direction as changes are made throughout the property.
