Lakewood Apartments

So these people care about collecting their money, and that's it. I get that renting apartments is a business, you don't get to live there for free. But if we are giving you MONEY EVERY MONTH you should probably keep up your end of the bargain in fixing things in a timely manner, and maybe not allowing meth heads to live in your building. I wanna say sometime in 2016 there was a meth lab discovered in the building. Also, snow removal was a JOKE. The apartments across from us had complete salting and removal, all we got was some measly game of push the snow around until it's maybe flat enough to drive on. Then guess what it ices over. Excellent. There's mold in many of the hallways (c level) due to it growing in the bathrooms of the apartments. You can smell the mold, they decided to paint over it in 2015 I think because the fire Marshall was coming. The price point is good. But they're just terrible, do yourself a favor and rent from a private home owner or NOT harvest properties because they're sharks and that's it.

Neighbors have dogs that bark all night and property management will do nothing about it. There are individuals that work on their trucks on the weekend and dump and Barry the oil etc on the side of building and dig holes and put it aside the bushes.

I signed papers to move in, they change the apartment they were going to give me, I gave them a date i want to move in, they said as soon as tha apartment is vacant you will be notified, well the day pass I wasn't notified so I changed my mind with the apartment and guess what happen I lost my security deposit.

Maintenance guy told me 3/2/17 "there's gonna be trouble if you touch my truck again" Hallways stink of weed, parking spots are tight, trash all over the ground, neighbor's dog barks day and night and the rent rises every year
