Willow Grove is a lovely place to call home. Didn't expect to meet so many nice people and make many new friends. Very happy with my apartment. It is close to shopping, major highways and anything else you might need. The staff, Yavette, Carlyn and Alex are all very responsive to any concerns the might arise and are always friendly and professional. The apartment complex feels more like a community than just an apartment.

This is a wonderful place to live. Architecturally, it feels like a village, neighbors are friendly, current management has always been responsive.

Good neighborhood. However, although the rent is reasonable, there are high electric and gas bill waiting for you. Also you will have extremely low refund when you move out without reason, even if you cleaned up every single corner of your apartment.

Only my deepest and sincerest regrets in signing the lease or giving my information to a company like Bozzuto.
After a long day at work I get to come "home" and listen to my neighbors stomp around and slam doors every night, sometimes out of sheer recirpocation to a noise I made. The people in the offices are unattentive, unprofessional, and will do and say practicaly anything to get you to sign the lease- even if its all lies which it is.
Totally bummed that this is the place I have to call home for the remainder of the time I signed up for.

Update: I just looked up Bozzuto Management- the company that owns this place. I felt absolute dread as I read the reviews. I wish I had looked up the company before moving in. They're crooks.
My brother rents a 2-bedroom house in Fairfield for $2,000 a month- most things included. `I envy him! I thought this was going to be a good experience. I was wrong.
Here rent includes nothing; rent + gas + electric + amenity fees + "Community" fees + mandatory insurance + water + trash removal + parking means you will never, ever have all the bills paid- they just keep coming. This is a joke!
Persons in the front office are not helpful or friendly and will say one thing and follow through on another. No one uses the "gym" because it does not offer any privacy and it is pretty much there for show.
For over $2,000 a month you can still hear what your neighbors are up to through the walls. No different from an apartment in Stratford, Waterbury, or anywhere else. The rent is just higher.
