Nice place to live, very convenient location. Have lived here for over 17 years, never a problem. Good maintenance people and office staff. No complaints!

Cheryl Desmond is just great and she has proved out to be wonderful manager for The Pavilions community. I had a few concerns over bad road and unit conditions and sent an email. She called us for a in person meeting and assured us corrective actions to be taken. She greets everyone with smile, remembers her residents and make sure concerns are addressed. She mentioned so many initiatives towards making this community a better place. She is the force behind all the right things happening with The Pavilions. I was torn between The Pavilions and Vintage on the Grove for our next apartment option and ended up extending our lease with the Pavilions due to the way she welcomes her resident which reaffirms her commitment to make the management and apartment better. Next time you stop by in Management office, say hi to her and wait for the fabulous smile back from her :)

Just moved here earlier this month, and all was going well until I did laundry for the first time. The dryer was heating up properly, but was not venting the hot, moist air out, so the clothes would not dry at all. This issue indicates that either the ductwork is clogged or the fan that creates negative pressure in the dryer is not working properly. It has been NINE DAYS since I submitted my maintenance request, and nothing has been done, not even a visit to check out the problem. I was told at the office today that they would likely not get to it until after the holiday (another 3 days). Part of my job is ventilation systems, and for those that are not aware, built-up lint in the ductwork can cause fires. Not something I really want affecting my property.
I don’t care how busy the maintenance staff are, there is no reason for 9-12 days to pass before they even look into the request. I was recommended the Mansions in Vernon by a former resident of the Pavilions after I moved in, and now I understand why.
Follow-up: just pulled the dryer out a little and found several mouse droppings (approximately 100). I have the pictures to prove it. There are probably more behind the washer, but at this point, I don’t want any more surprises.

Great location, good people, and wonderful staff! Plenty of shopping and great restaurants less than one mile from the complex. Also, the property looks amazing like a classic New England winter after a New England snowfall - with a pond overlooking. Overall, a great experience living there for over two years!

The place you want to be at. The rent is reasonable and anything you need they are very quick to respond. I love that you don't need a parking sticker to park there and it just feels like home. So far I have had a great experience and I would refer people if they need a place to move into.
