Country Place Apartments

I enjoy living here; beautiful and quiet property with a nice country atmosphere as well as an awesome layout. The office staff is extremely kind and the customer service is outstanding. Extremely close to the center of town with superb food and quaint shops. I would recommend Country Place to everyone.

I read reviews because most peoples expectations aren't realistic. And that amuses me. Country Place is a good apartment complex. It's also subsidized by the government. That means you have to fall within a certain financial range to not only qualify but renew annually. And they aren't in dire need of tenants. Supply and demand people. The front desk staff is strait forward. Kind but she will Not kiss your butt. That's not her job. Her job is to cover hundreds of calls for repairs, renovations and complaints every day. She has never treated me poorly. Respect is given to receive. The units are fairly sized. It is what you make it. Snow removal, lawn care is included. There are quite a few play grounds for children. Generally quiet as it sits on the outskirts of town. Only downside: the oil company. Very expensive.

I called to view a apartment and the woman that they have answering the phones was very very rude and had the biggest attitude i was shocked you would think they would be nice and sweet considering they need us to rent from them to keep their business afloat .... So caution when you call there and hopefully they get nicer employees to work for them in the future! I really wanted to rent from them but i just couldnt get passed this rude woman that answered the phone ...major turn off !!!

Rotten experience. I called to inquire about vacancies - the phone rang six times and I was greeted with a "Hello?!" as if I was bothering the person on the other end. I had to ask if the number was for Country Place. I asked if there were any vacancies and I was told, "Well, I don't know. What are you looking for?" Customer service is atrocious and the staff is poorly trained on answering phones and being courteous to prospective tenants. I am glad I called - I can only imagine what kind of experience the tenants have with such a lousy office staff!

Way to expensive, heat and water not included. No utilities include. In the winter the heating along could run $200. Kitchens are outdated. along with the bathroom floors. Otherwise, quiet and grounds were well kept.
