Meadow Ridge Apartments

Meadow Ridge is highly recommended for professionals or a family with a couple of kids looking for a peaceful place to come home to. They have an outdoor pool. They have well kept grounds. They are pet friendly and there is a twenty four hour support staff to help you with anything from a pilot light to a snow storm. (I love Tonya and Brian!!!). It's close to restaurants, casinos, and the Crystal Mall, but far enough away to be quiet. Lots of room to walk the pups, quiet roads to run or walk on. Great staff, really great place to live.

Very peaceful apartment, we never have any issues with other tenants. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Landscaping is also well maintained. The ladies in the office are very nice and quick to fix any issues we have. Maintenance men are also very nice and quick to fix any issues we may have.

Though the manager and secretary are professional, they DO NOT care about the residents at Meadow Ridge Apartments. In 2016 when I inquired about moving to a different apartment I was told I just needed to pay the amount required to do so (we had a different manager). When getting our new apartment this year we felt harassed because of stipulations that were required of us while not required by other tenets. While asking for a different apartment this year because we needed more space I was lied to and told there were no other apartments, WHILE I WAS LOOKING AT THREE AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE! After I stated I was looking at the available apartments I was told I had to wait until my lease was up. The front walks were NEVER shoveled and I almost fell while walking out to my daughter's car and a friend who's in his 80's who lives here did fall because the walks weren't shoveled. The back door has molding that needed fixing which they don't feel needs to be fixed. Three months before my lease was up I got a notice asking if I was going to stay or not.....and if I chose to do so my rent would go up, which they up every year for everyone. The apartment I have now is not worth the money I pay at this time let alone the extra money they want if I stay. We are VERY dissatisfied with Meadow Ridge and Cambridge Apartments!

It has been a pleasure living at Meadowridge! Tania in the leasing office is amazing and has been beyond accommodating! They’re so friendly and personable; we enjoyed our stay there so much.

I enjoy living at Meadow Ridge. I have lived here for a few years and appreciate the quite environment that surrounds the complex. These are good apartments for someone who has an active lifestyle as they are close to businesses, grocery stores and local restaurants but also enjoy a rural feel at the end of the day.
