Fox Run Apartments

I've been living here for about 7 months, and I am very happy here. I haven't had a need to contact the office for anything other than rent, when I do have to talk to the staff, they are very friendly and polite. Other reviews I have read would have you believe it's noisy here, and there are issues with mold in some cases. Of course, those reviews are from years ago. I have not had problems with either. Neighbors are quiet, and pets are allowed, although, I have neither seen nor heard any animals here. Parking can be tight at times, but manageable. Foxwoods is only 10 minutes away, ( where I work) so that makes this a great choice for me.

Moved in and the place was great would have started with a 5* durring the first month we started seeing black mold every where. we made numerous attempts to get them to come clean it but nothing. after the second month there was mold growing on wood, on the carpet and on our mattress. we couldn't stand the horrible conditions and moved out and had to throw away over $2000 in furniture and they wouldn't assist with the damages saying that it was out fault that mold was growing every where. ****DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER LIVING HERE****
