Patient Aids Home Care Equipment & Services

The worst customer service. No one cares about the patient or their needs. I am the care giver and it breaks my heart to see them jack him around. They say they are there for you but you can never talk to someone that can help, they won't return calls and you can even see the bitterness within the employees that work there. My advice is drive 25 miles to go somewhere else. I am upgrading this post as finally someone it trying to help

Impossible to contact by phone. Also, the number listed on their website is incorrect and calls some very nice man's private phone, and he is very frustrated by receiving Patient Aids call.

This company is an absolute pain to deal with. We bought a lift chair from them about 6 months and have been dealing with them for 2 months to get it fixed. It took me 10 calls and 2 of which being to the regional manager to get someone out to fix it. Get better service some place else and do not waste your time.

We are thrilled with our Harmar lift! Mike Murphy at the Wilder store was extremely helpful. My husband had just passed away and I desperately needed the lift to be able to live independently. Mike expedited the process, scheduling installation as soon as the lift arrived. We did incur a minor issue with the lift, but Mike ensured it was repaired immediately. Great customer service!

Hick morons, all of them! They haven't the faintest idea about how to store or handle CPAP supplies. They actually just handed me a loose CPAP nose piece, not in any type of manufacturers packaging. Do you really think I'm going to use that for eight hours per night? I have no idea where it has been, storage conditions, what it has been exposed to, etc. Looking for another provider; preferably one that employs less incompetents.
