Used them to move halfway across the country. When we arrived to drop off our vehicle, they helped me back in the trailer we rented. We forgot to get gas, & they were about to close. Let us go get gas & just drop off our rental in the parking lot leaving the key in their drop box. Earlier story, we reserved a Budget truck for our move. When we went to pick up the truck, it wasn't there. They were going to get our car dolly. Came back 40 minutes later. They wanted us charge us $200 extra because my girlfriend was younger than 25. Called Penske after that. They were so friendly, & accommodating. Helped us out day of our move. We had a technical error with our car trailer. They had roadside assistance come by to fix it with no charge to use. Definitely recommend using them if you're needing to rent a vehicle.
