I am so happy I discovered Penske. EXCELLENT customer service, they guarantee the truck you want will be there. Great rental rate, truck in excellent condition and it was a full 16' truck (not cab over and no wheel wells). I found them by accident because of poor service by uhaul. They have a new customer for life.

Great people, great rates and service, very accommodating, went out of their way to make sure I was getting the best rate possible.  I wish all rental places were this easy to work with.

Penske was great on all but one count. Would have been 5 stars if I wouldn't have been double charged on the last day and my account overdrew. When trying to resolve was given 10 of the 45 for overdraft fee and told that was all he could do. To make it clear EVERYTHING else was AMAZING, the desk guy JC worked with us on everything and helped ease alot of worries with the move, but I was disappointed with the last deal.
