U-Haul at West 7th

Nothing like unloading all your tanks on a busy day to get them filled just to find out you'll be there all day waiting. After about 8 minutes of waiting after pressing the help button by the propane fill station I went inside. 2 customers waiting and not a single employee in sight. I walked around to find an employee to no avail. After 15 minutes I loaded up and left. If I would of got a " hello" or "be right with you" I would have waited. It's evident that uhaul doesn't value their customers time nearly as much as I do. I'll take my business elsewhere

Rented a truck, drove 10 miles, didn't claim any insurance (my insuarnce covers rentals), got an extra charge for $14 for the insurance I didn't choose. I was then assured that the money would go back. Yeah that was a lie. Sure it's $14 but why did get charged for something I opted out of

if I could give less than one star, I would. I was SUPPOSED to pick up my U-Haul container yesterday. then I was told to pick it up today. cool. no problem. went to pick it up. they GAVE ME THE WRONG ONE. went to drop it back off to pick up mine. they didn't have it. and it's at the warehouse. told me I couldn't go get it. and they don't do ubox pick ups on the weekends. which was never told to me, at all. safe to say I am never going threw U-Haul EVER again. not worth it to deal with rude ass employees, aka Nathan L. who can't do their damn job for the amount of money I paid for them to ship it to me. ALSO THEY KICKED ME OFF THE PROPERTY.

The lone male agent at the counter was unbelievably rude and unprofessional! This happened after using the online check in procedure for a local truck and I went inside to the counter to offer the keys as the final step of the check in. The counter agent spent considerable time making it clear to all that he did not appreciate me offering the keys to him while he was helping a customer! I quickly asked where the drop box was located, he stared at me for several seconds, then ordered me to get in line behind the customers. I said "OK" and exited to find the drop box myself. I have rented from this business other times with acceptable results, but this time was disappointed to see that this young agent obviously had no interest in providing polite customer service!

Excellent customer service and the process was fast. I was in and out when I rented to the truck and when I dropped it off. I recommend this Uhaul location.
