Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I was in need of some major rear end and brake work when I was in Dothan, AL two weeks ago. Jesse and his assistant stayed an hour and a half after closing so I could get home to Florida that night. Then after talking with both of them they had a further drive than I did. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. Excellent service and quality work!

Never had a bad experience in this store. The staff is always friendly, helpful and fairly priced. They have always backed up their and taken care of my vehicle. And for that I say thanks to Josh, Jeremy and the rest of the Pep-Boys crew!

These guys done a great and fast job doing an oil change and tire rotation. And they were very friendly!

My one star rating is ur warning!!!! If I could put a negative in front of the star it'd be more accurate. So rude and fixed issues that they didn't even call and get our go ahead on before doing. Guy at desk was beeeeyyyooonnnddd disrespectful and had absolutely no social skills, or so it certainly seemed. Had to go back 3 times until the actual reason we went up there in the first place for was fixed. Yes 3!!! One word to describe them....🤔crooks!!!
