Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

Customer service was great. Unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour for an oil change -they didn't have the oil filter for my BMW in stock. I left for Florida immediately after leaving PepBoys, and, my car started sputtering after the 3 hour drive to Florida. Also, the service engine soon and coolant light are both on. I'll be taking the vehicle back to PepBoys today.

Awesome crew on Zelda Rd. As a women going to a AUTO shop can be scary. The team here took GOOD care of me. Will be coming back

If you need a safety check, don't go here. $62.00 just to check and verify the lights and horn work. The manager said, "We put our name on it". If you're going to ensure that a bulb never burns out, great. Otherwise, all you are doing is checking everything at the time of the inspection. You can not guarantee that everything will still be working after I drive off. It is not worth the extra cost of having the Pep Boys name on the inspection form. It just isn't. I'm not paying you for your brand, I'm paying you for a service, and I expect to be charged fairly for the service. Not your name. $20 is a fair charge for a service like this. Looking for Uber/Lyft inspections? Go somewhere else!
