Been using these guys for the 2 years I lived in Alabaster.  Mechanics John and Randall are great, they will talk to you, make suggestions and both tell and show you what they are doing.  Only issue was when I took my vehicle to them right before Christmas and it was 3 days to even look at the car.  I didn't have the time so I took it to another Alabaster repair shop..................................MAJOR MISTAKE!!!  Keep up the great work Wayne and Ricky and all involved at Alabaster Auto! Thanks. Ben

The entire team was willing to help me loosen up my lug nuts.  They did it put of their personal time and didn't even charge me. They are an Awesome Team!

Amazing guys! They always have gone above and beyond to help with all of my car needs. They do not nickel and dime you to death. They will forever have my business and I recommend them to any and everyone who needs service.
