Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

The workers are friendly and helpful. They will match AND beat competitors prices. Their establishment is clean and doesn't smell like the usual tire/mechanic shop. They even offer cold beverages while you wait! Service is top notch, great prices, and wait times are minimal. Our family will continue to give them our business! 5+ stars

They are great for standard maintenance...oil changes, tire service, minor tune ups. Anything more pressing you are going to want to go elsewhere.

had an appointment and was in and out for an oil change in about 30 minutes. Quintice helped me and he was awesome!

We were moving from Atlanta to Austin TX with a carload of 'stuff' and got a flat tire near Moody AL (about 15 miles away) on Saturday Nov 18. After waiting on AAA and getting no assistance, we had to unpack the car, change the spare, repack the car and drive to the nearest Pep Boys in Trussville. Got to the shop (fortunately) just a few minutes before closing. They quickly assessed the damage to the tire, and had it fixed in 20 minutes. The guys stayed well beyond closing time to take care of us, and at the end charged us $0.00 because that's what they charge to repair a tire ! Wish I had taken the names of the crew that was on duty so I could personally thank them again, but "THANKS GUYS!"
