I just had a terrible experience with this company. I've done $39,540.00 worth of business with them since 03/2014. We've had one dispute about a $95.00 invoice that I paid. I just had trouble with my vehicle, called to confirm I could bring it to them, traveled 30 minutes to them, filled out all my paperwork, and walked out the door to get a ride. Then the owner/manager walks out and hands me my key and says, "I don't work on your vehicles", then turned his back and walked away. No explanation. He couldn't even professionally be a jerk. Wow. I've recommended countless people to his company and many have spent thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY FROM this place!

Had a late evening emergency stop off I-65 due to wheel hub bearing failure. Called Riverchase next morning from hotel and these guys towed, fixed and had me on my way by 5pm same day! Tnx for the good/quick service and transpo to pick up car.

Checked car says needs new engine and he never put it on the lift to even look at it also never scanned it think he was trying to make money for something that did I did not need

The mechanics explain the repairs needed, prices are fair and work is completed as promised

This shop is the best. They fixed my 35 year old Toyota that other shops wouldn't even touch and stood behind their work as well. I won't go anywhere else for repairs.
