They did a very quick and affordable water-pump repair on my Rav4 (despite the rust and wear from the winters up north). The team was very courteous and communicated with me through the whole process including the necessary parts needed to do the job right the first time. They did sell me OE Toyota coolant, while installing the pump, pulley, belt tensioner, belt, and necessary gaskets. Rick, Roger, and Kenny are the real deal and the repair work Robe' Mans completes is top notch. If you have a Japanese vehicle these are the guys you want to see!!! Thanks Robe' Mans

When I moved to Bham I started taking my car to the dealership, but after the second time they tried to up-sell me on two rather expensive repairs (one was that a wheel was slightly bent). They seemed serious, but I wanted a second opinion. I asked my work colleagues and one mentioned Robe Mans. When they looked at it, they said that fixing those issues wouldn't change anything about the car drives or rides. That was 4 years ago and my car's been doing just fine. I can trust these guys to recommend repairs that are truly needed. They're very patient to explain what's going on if my car needs something. Service is quick too and they're good with calling you as soon as it's done.

Very fair and efficient. My daughter took her Civic there because it was making a noise. They fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively. Will definitely use them again.

Great work. Always timely. Christian ownership. I'm very confident that the work is always going to be done correctly. They are literally one of the main reasons I continue to buy Toyota & Lexus. I have used them to pre check a used car before buying

I highly recommend Rob'e Mans to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car repair experience. I called them in a panic as I realized tires I purchased at a budget auto store (for a not-budget price) were failing. Rick walked me through what was happening with my tires and made knowledgable suggestions for replacements. He understood the fear I had based on my last tire-buying experience and made a variety of recommendations. They went out of their way to help me—literally. They took me to work, picked me up, and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I cannot recommend highly enough.
