Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I am thankful for the folks the work here. I put A LOT of miles on my car every month and these wonderful people keep her oil changed and tires rotated. Super nice folks!

This pep boys is slow as all ever. This is the second & last time I come here. The first time I got a free oil change because it took an hour and a half to get an oil change. It took me an hour and 15 minutes this time. I guess they like giving out free oil changes. This is ridiculous.

I have gone to Pepboys in Gardendale Al for over a year now and always receive the best service! They are willing to help out in any way possible and explain service details once the job is complete.

Called this morning to get a time and price to mount and balance 2 tires i had already purchased nothing crazy just a 16inch tire in a tone short and telling me my business isnt worth their time I was quoted a price of 25$ per tire ARE YOU SERIOUS ! What are you doing any different then the discount shops that have same equipment and job mission. Places like this are whats wrong with american businesses today. For those who say oh you dont know what it intels yea did it all through highschool for family business only difference it was dumptruck tires with breaker bar and golden rod and glob of tire soap.. Real work calls for a higher price not something machines are doing for you

Absolutely excellent first time experience with Pep Boys of Gardendale, great price on some great tires and really went the extra mile to ensure my after market wheels were installed and set up correctly. I could not be more pleased with their knowledge, level of customer service and dedication to getting something done right at the most reasonable price possible.
