Woke up with a flat from nails in my tire during a cross country move after taking a stop in Tuscaloosa. Tim was incredibly helpful and fit me in on a busy morning to get me back on the road. He went out of his way to see if a cheaper plug was possible for me and then gave me a few options for new tires. Great customer service and quick fix.

great and friendly service... some of the best prices in town. I came in for an oil change and was taken care of right away. I even got the information on coming back for maintenance on my vehicle. Thanks Pep Boys for your great service.

Tim is great! He is so nice and helpful and really makes sure you are taken care of. When I was shopping around for tires, his advice and taking the time to talk to me, and making sure I got the best deal and what I needed/wanted has kept me coming back to this location. I don’t know about other locations, but I recommend Pep Boys on McFarland!

I have a Lincoln MKS with a hard to fit tire. I called almost everyone in Tuscaloosa, and Tim here at Pep Boys was quick to help me. He had the tire, got me in quickly and back on the road to Texas. He was friendly and empathetic in a stressful situation.

Qadeem was awesome. He was very polite and welcoming when I walked through the door. Their service was friendly and fast. Qadeem was also very informing on what was doing on with my car. Tim is great as well. Choose Pep Boys!!
