Staff is very attentive and genuinely listened to my concerns. They seemed to care more about what the issues with my vehicle were than trying to upsell me on other services that were not necessarily a safety issue. They did go over scheduled maintenance packages based upon OEM recommendations and after calling the dealer,  they were considerable less than the dealership. Shohn, Christian, and the techs in the shop get you in and out efficiently. Definitely reccomend Pepboys to anyone!

The manager here currently, Nathan, was previously at the Auburn location. Both times he has been over the moon kind and helpful. He has bent over backwards to help me and get done all that I needed. I HIGHLY and without hesitation reccomend this location, Nathan, and their able mechanics. Thank you guys so much.

Very Professional and great customer service! The new manager Nathan was very nice! I would definitely recommend this location to people!

Came in with a low tire, got in and out within 30 minutes, excellent service! They were able to plug the tire for a great cost.
