Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center

I've been a Tuffy customer off and on for nearly six years. I've had everything from oil changes to major parts work done, and never left dissatisfied. Tom is one of those guys you just love to say hey to. I don't think he's there anymore, but Seth was awesome to work with as well. Tuffy is an auto SERVICE center, not an auto REPAIR center. I think there's a distinct difference there that some people are forgetting. Sure, they can probably fix anything, but let's be honest, some things are best left to a collision center or a dealership. They'll be straight up with you about that too, it's always worth a call.

These guys at this shop are the best, I was 400 miles away from home when my car broke down. I didn’t know anybody in this town, so I took a chance and had my car towed to this shop and these guys fixed my car so I was able to make it home without having to stay until the Nissan dealership opened on Monday. Excellent service & good people. I highly recommend this place, because they certainly went above and beyond taking care of my needs.

DO NOT GO HERE! The manager Tom attempted to buy my car for $300 because he said it needed a new engine for several different issues. Needless to say I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. The only issue was a burnt valve!!! My car runs great now!! I have to give credit to their corporate office for paying for the repair. It is just sad that corporate was so good to me, but unfortunate that franchises/employees can tarnish their reputation.

Tuffys is awesome. They are real honest people and will tell you what needs to be done without the extra fluff! Quick, reliable and awesome place to fix up all you auto needs!

Big thanks to Tom and his crew for excellent service and just being kind and honest people that they are.I don't live in Dothan but if I did I would definitely let these guys take care of all my car repairs so I highly recommend if you are traveling and break down anywhere near this shop they are the place to call because they sure done a good job for me.
