Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I like people boys. But I only went for a you're rotation and balance and waited about 3 hours. That was just for them to finally start working on my car. I was there for 4 hours total. It was only $35 which was reasonable, but it took FOREVER on a Thursday. So I'd go back for the reasonable prices but I won't wait that long again

Took my car to Pep Boys and called to ask if they could install a new tire all by 8am. I had a meeting to attend to and was in a rush. They assured me they could. I dropped off my car and came back at 8am just for them to tell me I needed another tire. I said okay and they completed the job. While they knew I was in a hurry, the person who installed my tire finished and disappeared leaving my car in the service Bay. I asked the front desk to give me my car I'm in a rush! Now, my Traction Control light comes on and doesn't go off. I live in SC not near a PepBoys and now have to take it in to a different place to get this addressed. Did you NOT properly install my tires and now my light is coming on constantly? Maybe on purpose to get me to come back and pay to have that inspected? I guess I'll never know.

I called and made an appointment to have my truck aligned and get new tires. I arrived on time and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They started on my vehicle on time and kept me posted on the progress. You can't beat the price or service at this store!

Front desk customer service staff was SO TERRIBLE, I decided not to even ever let these guys look at my car. Total Tweetle Dumb and Tweetle Dipshit scenario with terrible attitudes.

Great location.Staff members were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I never felt overwhelmed and trusted what the expert recommended.
