Great staff!!! Friendly service, knowledgeable employees, clean establishment. While waiting only 25 minutes for my oil change, I witnessed 3 different people being EXTREMELY rude to the service desk woman, Chrissy. She was polite, patient, and helpful to these irate, disrespectful customer's (whom couldn't have had much common sense, being that she isn't a technician, and she can't speed up time). I would recommend Pep Boys Tillmans Corner to anyone who wants QUALITY automotive services.

Absolutely would not recommend this Pep Boys to anyone upon arriving at 9:30 a.m. on a Sunday being told endless amount of times by a lady named Christina woods at the front desk that they were short-staffed as well as that her staff was incompetent and unable to complete their jobs properly we went ahead with having four tires put on our car due to the fact that it was Sunday and we needed for brand new tires in order to travel out of state the following day needless to say while standing in the lobby for over an hour and a half I can't count on my fingers the amount of complaints & jobs done with customers returning to complain it wasn't done properly that I overheard all which was followed up by Christina Woods complaining that her mechanics did not know how to complete jobs she's recently fired several men and that she was the only one who knew how to complete a task properly also followed by the staff was retarded and slow as she scolded men on how to do their job properly in front of other customers with such lack of professionalism we were really let down with this location after only a month ago we stopped in with a flat tire upon arriving from Ohio and a young man named Stan helped us out with that tire 2 hours later our tires were still not put on as we returned to the front counter we were told a young man actually broke a sensor in our tire and that they would have to replace it before the tire could be put on which they noted several times they would cover the charge obviously because they were the ones who broke it however trying to make us feel as if it wasn't their fault yet again miss Christina Woods followed that with their mechanics know how to do nothing right asked us if we knew anyone looking for a job that she would hire anyone off the street that could do the job better than who was out there now by demanding our car back due to the fact that I had to be to work at 2 it had been 145 in the car still wasn't completed she called for another gentleman to come in to complete our car on time at which point we went on to pay for R4 tires and installation and road hazard only to find out it was $215 higher than the price we were quoted upon at the store that Morning when asking Christina Woods what raised the price up $215 she belittled me in front of other customers and screamed sarcastically as if I was incompetent of understanding why $215 was that big of a difference when I explained to her that I would not tolerate her yelling at me when quoted one price and given another Upon finishing our car she went on to yell as she walked away and asked another young man to explain to me why there was such a different the young man from the other store fix the price and brought it down to what we were quoted that morning Upon returning the following day to have our sensor light shut off we spoke to a man named Stan really nice young man informed him of the situation we went through with the lady at the counter Christina Woods assuring us that the problem would be handled properly and that she should have never acted like that in the first place all I really want to put out there is when treated unfairly by face at the front counter really seems to defer customers from ever returning I can promise you until the situation is handled you have completely lost my business as well as our families I do believe the problem with Pep Boys lies in the front lobby with Christina woods and not the workers hopefully the problem is fixed and The Business could go back to as it used to be because before we heard nothing but good things about this place sorry to see a business get bad reviews over the front desk help!!

Would not visit again. Technician didn't install my wipers correctly. I had to fix my own during a rain storm this week because it almost flew off when I turned on my wipers. They were so busy trying to get me to pay for extra services they didn't do the ones I requested correctly. I stopped here for the first time because there was no wait that day and I had a full day of errands to complete. Now I see why they weren't busy. Nicest thing about the place was the cashier at the counter.

If I could give them a zero I would, I didn’t even have to do buisness to realize this place is a sorry joke of a buisness. The “assistant manager” was very slouchy and rude. All I was asking for was a wheel swap from one car to another, basically 2 tire rotations and they wanted to charge me 140$. No wonder why you have a low rating, I’m still waiting for a call back from the manager to handle this ordeal.
