Aside from the one older gentleman (he was very nice but had no idea what he was doing) every one was quick and efficient.

I drop off my trailer sunday morning to have may trailer lights fixed. They gave me a price and i leave the trailer. Tell them i am going out of town tuesday morning early they say. No problem come back monday after 5 pm and it will be done. So monday after 5. They tell me sorry the boss said we couldnt do it They didnt even bother to call me and tell me this. So thank u pep boys for being the sorriest i get to miss a day of work. go out of town a day late and make the boss pissed off Guess u wont get any more bussiness from my company How can such a big company like pep boys be so incompetent.

I have had nothing but trouble with this company since I bought my tires a few years ago. Will never buy anything from this company again.

The employees are super helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. They'll always have my business anytime I'm in the Mobile area.
