Perelandra Natural Food Center

I highly recommend the Perelandra location in Brooklyn Heights to all residents who live in the area. I've always have a good experience shopping here. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. The people are very nice and helpful. The food selection is great and varies so you're sure to find something that you'll like.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I go to pick up a quick vegetarian or vegan lunch. They let you taste anything you need want. Prices are reasonable for this area. Sandwiches are all 7.99.

I love the hot vegan buffet new edition. Only one thing it's a little bit to expensive especially if you eat there every day. It would be great if they had special discount day.

I wish they had a type or two of pasta in their bulk bin section! Their produce looks very expensive. The selection of personal care items is great. They have some stuff I thought I could only get online.

This is the best natural foods store in NYC! They have the best product selection and the most genuinely caring and helpful staff. (It’s independently owned and they actually pay their employees fairly too - there are no super rich CEOs here for a change! Business with a conscience! How refreshing!) Shopping here is supporting local business and this store is a rare treasure among an ever-expanding sea of corporate behemoths. What speaks the loudest is where you choose to spend your money, so I choose to keep it local and support the businesses of honest, hardworking New Yorkers. My experience for many years has been that this store is a cut above the rest. This is why Brooklyn is awesome. Highly recommended.
