Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Had dinner, ordered the biscuit breakfast and a side of pancakes. Wife ordered strawberry French toast breakfast. They forgot her French toast and my pancakes, then brought my wife's French toast and forgot my pancakes again. Then on my second bite of hash browns I found a fine stretchy yellow fiber that was about 3 inches long in my hash browns. I informed the waitress and she took the plate back and was fine for about 15 minutes. Then she came back and asked if they could buy us dessert. I appreciate the offer but management needs to be more involved and not send servers out when guests have experiences like this. I guess I have higher standards than most. You can always tell when restaurants are not focused on hospitality.

I love the food!! It is always fresh and hot. The service is great. They are very accomadating to the older crowd, which is nice because my mom always feels welcome and relaxed. I will eat here again and again.

They never disappoint. The only problem I could possibly think if is that I'm too full when it comes to their SPECTACULAR pies and other desserts. Personally a big fan of the Big Country; it's all very authentic and well made like the comfort food you always want.

Food is delicious. Service was good. Plus I went on free pie Monday for signing up to their emails. The staff checks on you but also allows you time to eat your food and enjoy your company.

The service was phenomenal. Our waitress was so patient and always returned to our table with a smile on her face. The food on the other hand was just okay. I had the tilapia and shrimp pilaf it didn't appear to be seasoned, and the rice was chewy but had a good flavor.
