I started with Katie, Tina, and MacKenzie in November and this was one of the best decision I have made! 

It's hard to balance everything and exercise for me was always thought about but not something I made time for consistently. That's all changed now though! I hold myself accountable to make it to 3 days a week work outs and never regret it. They have excellent workouts that are never boring and are exactly what I have needed. 

I am feeling stronger, healthier, and happier. Thanks, ladies!

I have loved working for Katie as a Personal Trainer for the Rochester studio! Our clients are amazing and the flexibility of training times for our clients have been wonderful. We have an amazing team working together for the best interest of each of our clients. I feel truly blessed to be a part of it!

PT with KT is wonderful. Truly, if you don't think anything will motivate you or get you to where you want to be fitness-wise, this is the place for you. Not intimidating or judgemental, they will help you achieve your goals in a way that feels true to you.
