There is such a variety that first of all, you will not be bored with your exercise. Secondly, you will get a great workout and have a blast doing it! You can try any class for free. I enjoy the personal attention to what I need from my trainer, we created a program that fits my needs and life style. I love all the classes Empowered Wellness has to offer. Thank you Empowered Wellness for giving me a fitter me :o)
