A great place to exercise. All of the women have a positive attitude and Shawn is always there to help everyone. Especially with the nutrition program. He does a weekly online video chat session with all of the clients to make sure they are staying on track with their nutrition.

Unprofessional Shawn is all about the money do Not sign a contract with this guy . so Shawn sees this review and instantly calls me . he threatening to post negative stuff about me calling me a loser and a drug addict. . Prayers for you Shawn . however I am blessed to be in recovery for over 5 years.
