Pricey for sure but but at least they don't put up signs that mislead you about price with tiny tiny tiny print "with Pet Smart rewards." At the register, in Pet Smart we paid more for, the same bedding, for small pets in yellow, as the other colors in the same size and brand. All this outside of the discount sale price we should have gotten. (They didn't even ask me before ringing me up). Pet Smart are jack asses. Here they can could use more friendly staff but I am good with that just for the straight forward on pricing. I will go back, many times! Thank you!! Also the Pet Smart employees were not helpful at all and snobby when I kindly ask about the pricing. I wasn't offered a Pet Smart card either, not even when i asked about the pricing. -_-

Took my puppy here for his first obedience class and we graduated. Good instructor for a beginner obedience class. Great for exposing and socializing new pets. Prices are steep but comparable, hence the adjusted satisfactory review.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cashier gave me a great discount when I signed up for their rewards card. And of course pet friendly, like always

I have been going to Petco for my bunny, Novae, for months now. This last visit wasn't the best. It took 4 associates to answer my questions. Two of the four acted like they had something better to do, except for Amanda. (Associate Amanda at Petco, in Rogers , Arkansas, needs a raise.) I needed cage clips and they only carried one kind or they were only sold with the cage. I thought this would be a common item. They couldn't even refer me out to a different place to purchase the item. I also bought a medium-sized small animal play pen. When I got home and assembled it I realized that there were NO instructions IN the box or ON the box. I called Petco and no one could help me and I had to use zip ties in order to finish putting together a product purchased at Petco. The product is perfect for our needs, except for the missing instructions, customer service not so great.

This was initially a 1 star review which I’m changing to a 5 star review. Thank you to the manager at Petco who provided care to my sick animal after an initially unpleasant interaction. Very appreciated and my business will return to this location.
