I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed. I normally take him to Petsmart but they were all booked. We arrived on time and in the check in process, the worker asked how old he was. I told her 10 yrs. She said they wouldn't be able to groom him because of his age and it was his first time being there, stated they were not allowed to at that particular time, it was their corporate policy. They could have told me that when I made the appointment, rather than me making the trip all the way there and then telling me. We will not be back. We'll continue to use Petsmart...never had any issues with them.
