Petco Animal Supplies

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and good variety of pets and products. They have a reward program that helps save menu if one is a regular shopper. I like to get tags for my dogs here because they have a nice engraving system that is free when you buy the tag so that I can put a professional looking name and number on dog tags. They always have food and bedding for our hedgehogs too. They are super community service minded and host pet adoptions regularly. I haven't tried their grooming services yet but have heard good things about this service too. This is a fun and happy store where pets are welcome to be with their owners when shopping.

I’ve been here a number of times to get items for my cat. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is not the cleanest pet store I’ve been to, but is tolerably maintained. I leave only two stars due to the reptiles’ conditions. Every time I’ve been there I have noticed that the temperatures and humidities are WAAAAY out of range. The animals often seem distressed (sometimes dead). This is unacceptable. I would not buy a pet from this store and will avoid returning in general.

The employees are always helpful and friendly here. Some of the in-store displays don't work and need to be fixed but overall it's a great place to shop.

This Petco is overall a good store. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of pet food. I do, however, have a problem with the fish. I got three fancy guppies from here, and the guppies were extremely aggressive towards each other, even though they were all from the same tank. They were separated. However, all of them died the next day, with no visible illness or parasite. Although, my gambusia fish were fine. I tested the water, and the parameters and levels were fine. This baffles me to this day.

I had to put my dog on a diet and the vet gave me a list of recommendations. Pet Co had all of them and even helped me pick a good one for my dog to try.
