Very clean.. Very helpful employees.. Answered all my questions concerning my new puppy.. Very informative.. Led me to a much cheaper brand then the one I was considering.. Not just telling me but showing me why this cheaper brand is not only as good but I'd say better..I appreciated that a lot.. Very friendly knowledgeable personnel..

Came in a few weeks ago to get a specific food for my cat, who is on a diet and needs prescription to buy from Pet Smart. It is hard to keep it on me since I am really busy, the past few times I have been the associates have given me a hard time about not having my prescription, also saying they cannot print out new ones. I called to ask once more, since my cat was out of food and hungry. Spoke with a man name Scott, from the Animal Hospital. He was very polite, upbeat, quick and efficient. Looked up my information right away and printed out new ones within 10 minutes. He made it seem like it was not a problem at all for me. Came right in and picked them up. what a great example of customer service!

I go into this location quite frequently, I love the selection this particular store offers I’ve been to another Petsmart in the area that had much less of a selection of my pet rabbit items she needs and didn’t her her specific treats she’s loves like this store does. Everyone is very helpful and friendly that works there.

If you groom your dog on a regular basis and are looking for continuity in in grooming, if not quality, do NOT go here. Ditto on customer service. Enough said.

Recently got a dog and needed to get her some supplies. One of the associates came over and made sure her harness was adjusted correctly so she would chaff, and the nice lady in the grooming/clinic area gave us all the details on what we'd need to have done for her. Only place I'm going for dog supplies.
