PetSmart

Husband does our pet shopping and prefers PetSmart above other pet stores. Aisles are well organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. They also have an excellent product selection at competitive prices.

I work in the service industry so I often expect a higher level of service than most. Every time I've visited this location I've been greeted at the door with a smile (even close to closing time!!), have had genuine conversations with the cashiers, and have been steered in the right direction when asking for recommendations. Recently, my cat has been putting on some winter weight so I purchased two different and expensive dry foods that are for weight control. Unfortunately, he's a picky eater and only cared for one of these. I called to see if they were able to return the bag he wasn't a fan of and the woman on the other end was understanding and pleasant. They were even able to search my receipt via my phone number for the return!! Honestly, I am beyond impressed with how smooth the entire transaction was and did not anticipate this level of service.

Sold us a sick baby bearded dragon. Ended up dying from adenovirus and kidney failure. Worst experience. Fish tanks look dirty. On the bright side, they seem to have more accessories than Petco in Auburn, but Petco keeps their fish better.

Very friendly people who helped me take my Lab into the store for me when she needed to get her nails trimmed. Fast and friendly service. I recommend this PetSmart location.
