A typical pet supply store. This one is typically not very clean. It's also on the small side, so selection can be limited. The location makes it fairly accessible; its basically at the intersection of a major highway and a major arterial road (90 and Memorial Drive). Prices are average.

I usually know what I am going in there for, but the store manager makes my experience there even better. He'll spend time with you, help you with whatever information you need help with, and make sure you leave satisfied. I love Pet Smart! I stopped going to Petco for this place

Would not recommend the store to anyone interested in saltwater fish or harder to keep exotics. My four stars is more because they had a friendly staff who were quick to admit if they didn't know something which I respect in the pet trade as it can be the difference between life and death with some animals. And their pricing on things like dog beds and toys is great.

I went there for a suggestion of a new cat litter box since I was getting another cat at the time. I spoke to a worker and she recommend the one I was going to get originally and I was extremly happy with my purchases. The staff when I was there were polite, kind, funny bland helpful with my questions and other. I definitely recommend going here!
