I brought my older Smokercraft fishing boat to Pharo for servicing, and installation of some upgrades. I have a 50hp Mercury 4-stroke, and it has been having stalling issues for a while. I worked with Madelyne on the scheduling, and communicated with her while it was there for about a week. She was great to work with. Very thorough, friendly, and responsive. Jordan was the service tech that I believe did most if not all of the work, and I was very pleased with the outcome. The motor was tuned up, routine maint performed, and the stalling issue addressed and fixed (carbs). He also put on a new trolling motor, sonar, and rod holders for trolling. Thank you for a very positive first experience with Pharo, you have won this customer over for all future needs. It is so easy to not take the time to highlight these positive experiences and express gratitude for excellent service. As a small business owner myself, I try to take the time to write reviews when 5 stars are deserved, as so often staff don't get to hear the positives from customers, same for the owners. Thanks Pharo.
