Plains Regional Medical Center

I was rushed to the ER due to an allergic reaction to some food I ate a few hours prior. The woman at the check in was very friendly and checked me in quickly. I was immediately taken to the back and each and every nurse and doctor was professional and friendly. They helped lessen my fears. They discovered the worker who prepared my meal most likely had touched a food I'm allergic to and didn't wash his hands in between preparations. I was given medicine for the swelling and now I'm recovering. Very pleased with them.

The staff here just sits on their butts all the freaking time. When my mom was here only one nurse that attended my mom was kind and was careful for her. Some staff here are kind but not everybody here is, when my mom was in the emergency department, the doctor was kind. But they definetaly need better staff!!

Absolutely the worst experience ive had. I went in because I kept fainting. Came home with an injured knee because they didnt believe me when I said i couldnt walk. I was forced to walk i fainted and broke my knee.

My experience was very positive. Kind, caring and supportive staff, nice facility for a smallish town hospital. I had day surgery and it couldn't have been better. Loved the nurses!

The icing on the cake was today when we showed up and waited for an appointment only to be told the machine is broke. I feel like that could have been a phone call. Typical service at this “hospital”.
