Okay people we need a bigger hospital we got to many people living in Carlsbad nm and this hospital sucks like it helps when ur not in a big hurry but I was there saw a person in need and they left cuz their emergancy had to wait in the waiting room

Went in today with my husband. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. So thankful for them as we were just passing through the area.

Got charged over 16,000 for a two freaking hour visit to the damn ER and all the did was give me an IV and an MRI of my stomach are they on drugs...

Never fails, every time I end up with one of my children there, the staff is so rude. They made my 13 yr old daughter feel like she had done something wrong because she was so dehydrated she couldn't provide a UA. We were there over an hr and all they did was put her in a room. No blood work, no IV, and when the Dr did come in he was there 30 secs before leaving the room.

This place is horrible!got charged 16000 for nothing!the service is not one of a hospital.
