The team of specialists at Cascade Skin & Eye Care are amazing. My issues have been around skin cancer. I have been treated kindly and respectfully in all my dealings with them. The work I have had done is extensive. The beautiful part of it if you saw me you would not know it. A significant part of my nose was removed last summer and you can only tell upon close examination. A big shout out to the doctors, nurses, receptionists and accounting dept. I have had a balance on and off over the last 2 years. I was not asked once for a payment and my treatment was never refused or delayed because of my balance. Thank you!

Clean environment and decor good. Fashionable staff, The usual fake smiles when you sign in. My wife had a problem with them finding (on their automated commuter system) that our insurance covered vision at all at the time of the appointment. I straight away called our insurance who reassured us and insisted that she had vision coverage. She tried to convince them she had vision coverage and asked if they could actually call the insurance for preauthorization if needed. A staff member ended up calling her "going postal" to another staff member while being examined later. She won't go back there and will take her elderly associates/clients elsewhere.

WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT EVER. A year and a half after visit I am finally billed. Good luck getting insurance to pay after this long. They hung me out to try. They didn't even apologize for the fact that they screwed me over.

I agree with the previous bad ads. I went there a few years ago for a wart removal. It cost $500 because they tested it for cancer. There was never any reason to believe it was cancer - nor did I agree to have it tested. Upon questioning the company, it's an in house doctor that does the test. There is no dispute resolution team. I had to write a letter to the dr. who took 2 weeks to have her office manager call and yell at me to "PAY MY BILL." They kept calling me poor and broke - when I'm not. They have poor customer service. Definitely quantity over quality.
