We were waited on immediately. The doctor was precise in her diagnosis. They made my wife and me very comfortable.

The service can be good, but twice in a row they have closed 20+ minutes before advertised closing time. Might have to fund a new place.

I called 2 weeks in advance to make an appointment. I double checked that they took my insurance and was told they did for the exam but not the glasses. They asked me to be there at 10:30 for a 10:45 appointment and didn't tell me they didn't take my insurance until 10 mins after my appoinment should have started. They were having plenty of other issues with other customers as well. I would highly suggest just going somewhere else.

Never a long wait to see the Dr. They had sample prescription contacts on the premises for trial. We even had to change brands during trial period, no problem no extra charge. The two secretaries/receptionist were outstanding! The other helpers could use a little more help with customer service (Thus my reason for only 4 stars) I would recommend this place!

Was told completely wrong information from front desk attendant and previous year so she convinced me to get restart my glasses approval and the following year it screwed me bc i shouldn't of done that. then she tells me she never recommended that.Lack of customer service inexcusable. Waited for 2 hours to be not helped.
