If your looking for truth this is the place, you can feel the spirit of Sifu Lee. If you have the right attitude you will learn. If you are serious about becoming a martial artist this is the place to study the art.

I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to seriously train in several arts. The staff and instructors are truly dedicated to their craft. Fellow students are warm and welcoming and senior students always lend a hand in helping newbies out. The best way to really learn about the school is by coming by and checking it out for yourself. I have been practicing here for a few years now and I absolutely love it!

I trained here for 5 years. Since then, I have trained at "best of" martial arts gyms in Boston, Barcelona and Hong Kong... And let me tell you all the reasons I miss PAMA a *lot* / have never been able to find anything like it: - there is a real sense of community at PAMA, especially given the number of people who have trained there for multiple decades, and of people being there to help each other continually improve - you are constantly learning not just from the teachers, but from all the other students as well. This is helped by the fact that the staff are in fact often your fellow students, too - the teachers (and other students) will hold you to a high standard, and you will see this pay dividends in your improvement and understanding - the students as a whole are highly dedicated, which is inspiring not only in your practice of martial arts, but in other arenas of your life as well - at the same time, the school is incredibly open and welcoming to people of all levels of experience, physical fitness, gender, profession, and age - last but not least, the quality of instruction is incredible. I have not found any other school that pays attention to technique and tactics at the same depth or level of detail. It's clear that every single class is prepared with care, forethought, and respect for the arts.
