If you are looking for a place that not only is fun for kids, but also helps them grow strong, honest, respectful, self aware and confident, Kaizen Martial Arts is the place for you! Both of my kids (4&7) are going there and I cannot say enough about what a positive impact it has had on our lives. It is an awesome place! It has a family feel, that is very welcoming for both new and existing students. The instructors are professional, dedicated and supportive, they are very good with kids and truly care about them. The classes are interesting and fun. My kids are always excited, ready and happy to go there. I see a lot of improvement in their listening skills, discipline and self-esteem. They are more confident, focused, respectful, determined, and have learned many more valuable life skills along with the martial arts skills. I highly recommend Kaizen Martial Arts!!!!

My 2 sons have attended Kaizen for about 2 years now, and I have to say that this place offers a lot. It is family owned and operated, and Frank and Stacie take the time to get to know each and every child/student. All of the instructors are super friendly, but firm. There are many lessons learned here that can be applied to everyday life, such as respect and discipline, in addition to self defense. They have a demo team for the kids to show their skills, and a leadership team to develop leadership qualities that build confidence. My kids started without any experience, and now they are both blue belts. They look forward to the challenge of being black belts . If you are interested, child or adult, stop by and sign up for a lesson. You may end up becoming part of the family like everyone else.

I have been a part of Kaizen for almost my whole life, and the experience is unmatched by any other. The people are very helpful and encouraging. The teachings of discipline and respect help you become a better person for your community and world. I have made some very good friends there over the years, and think that if you join you will too as well as getting the best martial arts training possible.

I’ve been training at Kaizens for over a year in their adult program and this place is by far, one of the best martial arts facilities I’ve gone to, bar none. I’ve enrolled both of my Daughters there as well and they love it. They are constantly learning and excelling in their martial arts because of great instructors and an awesome curriculum. Your crazy if you don’t check this place out. It really is a great place to train as well as a positive experience for you and your children. A must if your looking for a martial arts facility for you or your kids.. CHECK IT OUT..
