Fascinating look at life in the area from several centuries ago. The petroglyphs are worth the stop.

This place is awesome, it has ruins and some sort of markings on the rocks, which I did not expect to see! The landscape views and summer solstice rock were cool to see too. Definitely stop here.

The Pueblo is the ruins of a Native village from the long before the railroad passed through the area. A paved trail loops through the ruins past the foundations of several buildings and a small collection of petroglyphs. The trail is 1/4 mile (0.4 km) long and is gently sloped at places and has a smooth surface. There is a short paved extension from the main loop to view the petroglyphs. There is a restroom at the parking lot but no water. The parking lot is a pull-through with several bus and RV spaces. Rangers provide walk and talks to provide more insight to the ancient and more recent history of the site. Check with the visitor centers for times.

Nice site. Helpful interpretive materials, inside and out. Trails laid out nicely to take visitors past different areas/features of the former structures, plus some petroglyphs. When we were there, there were some rangers present to answer questions and remind folks to stay out of closed areas (to avoid damaging petroglyphs).
