I love this park for hiking, it's moderate, and if you like mountain biking I would think it is at least a little challenging. It has great water features. I have been here many times and it is never crowded, I might see 2 people on the trail. Trails are marked, yes there are bugs, it's the woods. Wear bugspray and you'll be fine.

This park is great for the type of person that enjoys the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but doesnt want to actually disappear lol
The river also looks like a prime fishing location. Some nice fast moving water with plenty of hiding spots for some bass. Although I've never fished it, I'd love to check it out and then edit this review.
All in all it was some nice day hiking and not too far from civilization. I will say it is not a very pretty or well maintained park, but I enjoy that as it keeps the crowds away and secures that secluded feeling

Boy can this place be windy on some nights. Really nice fields and a great layout for softball. I hear new lights are coming for all the fields, but I enjoyed our chilly night at the park even when our team came up a few runs short. Look forward to coming back.

A quiet park with some nicely marked trails that are easy hikes. Not much in the way of parking and the driving road through the middle of the park is off road. There is a trailhead right at one of the entrances for a loop trail that leads into other paths, so that is an easily accessible hiking trail.
