I'll be getting a bike soon and the guys here have been phenomenal. They sat me down on a lot of bikes (Even though I found the best one early on, they insisted I still sit on more). I got recommendations for everything and got to try different Helmets to find the best for me. All around best Motorcycle Dealership ever.

Gave them one more try and once again they disappoint. Can't recommend them for anything. Have had issues with them in their previous location on Monroe St. as well. Got the usual "you have to give us two business days to troubleshoot your bike". No problem with that, but, as usual, it's a week later and I've heard nothing from them. I call and get, oh yeah, we looked at it, let me email you our recommendations. Receive the email and they have spent a bunch of time looking at things they weren't asked to (for which they are charging labor). I call them back and ask them to just fix the problem I brought it in for (requires a new starter). Another week passes, and I hear NOTHING from them. I call, and get, after they check, oh yeah, your starter is here, we should have it on in a couple days (I've taken the starter off and replaced it on this bike model, it's a 10-15 minute job). I say I should hope so as it's a 15 minute job max. Another week passes (3 weeks now) and I again hear nothing fromthem. Call and get told hang on let me check. Person come back to phone and says, yeah we were just getting ready to start on that. Should be ready in a couple hours. Again, I hope so, its a 15 min job max. Ask to be called back when it's done. An hour and a half later, they call back. So, if you want timely service, it appears you must call them every two days and must be willing to have them do all the not necessairly extra high profit for them things they recommend. Absolutely DONE. WITH. THEM.

LOVE MY NEW MULE! Rides and handle's great. Makes me feel safe. Compared other models, but they just didn't measure up. In my opinion the bed size & capacity, V-TWIN engine,"is really smooth & quiet" plus a 3-YEAR WARRANTY. Others like Polaris, Kubota, John Deer did not come close. Brian in sales helped to make a deal I just couldn't turn down. Jason the operations mgr. has promoted a good customer relations attitude with his staff. After meeting the service dept. adviser & manager, I feel all my service needs will be in good hands. Everyone was very kind & helpful. I do recommend. Update. 1/20/18 Went in for my first service experience, Adam & Tyler were excellent! Fast service with a big smile. Could not have been better. Thank You guys, I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Excellent service and staff. Got want I needed fast and easy.. Spectacular showroom filled with amazing Indians.

I've been working with Nate and Tyler they're very professional extremely knowledgeable they treat me like my motorcycle is the only one that they are Servicing would not consider going to any other motorcycle shop in Tallahassee great job guys
