Rhode Island Eye Institute

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in quite some time. They admittedly made a billing error and months later I was given a bill with no apology or accountability on their part. The “manager” could not have been a more miserable and disrespectful person.

I have been to see this Dr. twice, both times I told him the prescription he was giving me was not adequate, he continued to tell me he knew best. I could not see, could not read without reading glasses, told me it was age. I went for a second opinion, now I have great contacts and yes I CAN READ WITHOUT READING GLASSES. I do not recommend him at all.

Dr Z is excellent. He is more than willing to answer questions as well as asking questions. He takes the time to gather the info to insure the patients eye exam is complete and nothing is missed. Top notch.

Told me i needed contacts and wanted to charge 550 to show me how to put in. Dont think so
