Very helpful and friendly staff! I gave my dog to them since I couldn't provide her with the space that she deserved. She's the love of my life! Since I took her there alone my partner didn't get closure. We went for a final goodbye. I wanted to play with her one last time but she had to stay in her cage. But I was told it was for legalities. I understand but was sad. Overall she was happy, clean and healthy.

Adopted two kittens.They treat their animals with lots of love . People were very nice. You can really see how much they love the animals .The adoption process was slow but overall it was great.

We’ve adopted two pets over the past 14 years from the HRSPCA. It’s an amazing experience bringing home a new friend and family member! Very friendly staff and the facility is very clean.

I initially went to take a tour of the facility, being an animal advocate by nature and a retired nurse by profession. I was initially overwhelmed by the warm welcome afforded us and the delight that was shown that we wished to tour the facility! I have frequently found quite the opposite, with the staff in other facilities who to be suspicions of our reasons!! We were taken on on a complete tour, met all the animals, who were all in very clean liviing conditions, and happy to touched, played with and sad when we left them. However, leaving was not so easy! When asked if we would care to become volunteers, we could not sign up fast enough for the class! Due to the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and many friends coming to stay, we have yet to fufill this obligation!!! But it will happen seriously at the end of March! I feel it very important to share the excellence of the staff, cleanliness and the wonderful caring of these lost souls, that each member of the staff treats as their own Thank you for you attention to my letter. A fantastic place to find & adopt a pet! I adopted an adorable lionhead rabbit (I can't believe someone gave him up).
