Rolf's Restaurant & Pub

Nice pub and German restaurant. Live music on Friday and weekend nights. Good selection of American and German dishes, both well prepared and tasty. Reasonable prices. Service can be on the slow side of things at the restaurant, faster at the bar.

We went for the Mother's Day buffet. At just over $27.00, this "meal" was way overpriced. The food was dry from sitting on top of burners for hours, the "carving station" had cold meat and the waitress spent all her time socializing at the bar. The restaurant was not busy at all and she completely ignored our table. We were never offered refills for drinks or coffee which were included in the buffet, it took 25 minutes for me to flag her down to get my drink corrected. At one point they stopped restocking the plates and it was as though they had run out of food and began shutting down before the buffet was actually over to prepare for the dinner crowd.Overall a very disappointing experience.

I had a pleasant and cool experience on a Tuesday evening. I was reminded to pay the establishment a visit on Tuesdays. Thinking nothing of it I wanted to experience another day; same time. Boy oh boy was it a totally different experience. I was asked to pay for my drink upfront at 12:15am by Jill the bartender!!! This has never happen to me before. She was rude, short tempered, and unfriendly. Last call was announce at 1am and she refused any existing client after 1:15am. If I had to rate my experience I would say the bartender and service staff was the make or break for me. After this very unique experience I will make sure to never ever visit on a Wednesday evening. Jill unfortunately was a sore thumb, snappy the turtle kinda attitude... Not at all welcoming which has no place for the service industry.

Very good food and drinks. It's a bit dated there but it's a good old fashioned bar / restaurant. I recommend that you give it a try.

Very good service. I had the salmon which was done perfectly and my husband had fish/chips with too much batter can't taste the fish.
