Staff was very friendly. When asking for help about what I needed for my hair they were very helpful and knowledgeable. My hair turned out awesome! Thank you ladies!

The staff is as helpful as they can be and always friendly in my experience but not always as knowledgeable on the product lines they carry, but they will try to help you by reading along side you what is listed on the products, they do not make salon wage so there is only so much you can expect for a retail job such as this. The manager pulled a fast one one time, instead of renewing our sally's card for five dollars and giving us the buy one get one free she just said she would "work it out for us". Her idea of "working it out" was to take 10% off the bill claiming that this worked out better in the end. After we got home we found all the items charged full price instead of buy one get one free the bill was much higher than it would have been , even with paying the annual fee. Needless to say we were not impressed, and we would not have bought the free items had we known we were only going to receive 10% off... Unfortunately we live out of town and were unable to return to call her on this. Another thing to mention, I have been trying to call the store for the last three hours to find out if the carry a product Sally's has on their website, the line has been busy the entire time and I have been unable to get through.
