Customer Service at this location is terrible. Especially from the manager. Or the girl that appears to be the manager, dark skin (asian) Burgandy hair. She is very rude and acts like she is offended if you ask her a question. I left there a month ago and drove all the way to the Summit Ave. location because she is soo rude. I don't plan to go back to this location. Upper management needs to address this because people shouldn't have to drive further out of their way to buy products just because of people who don't want to be friendly and do their job.

Too expensive, the same products they sell,I can goto the beauty supply store on summit n get the same things for less money.

Each time i have gone into the store or called they are rude and act like they are annoyed that they have to "bother" helping me....guess what... THEY WILL NOT BE BOTHERED WITH ME AGAIN EVER..

Usually my experience there is fine, but there is some woman there with pink hair that is so rude and talks down to customers. Her attitude makes me and my friends avoid going to that store.
